The 2019 Annual ACCF will take place in Shanghai between September 20th and 21st
It is China’s most populous city and houses most of the company headquarters in the country. Shanghai will offer the delegates of the ACCF 2019 plenty of opportunities for networking, sharing ideas, building very valuable connections along with exploring the city’s lively atmosphere and diverse cuisines.
GETTING TO SHANGHAI
Located in the east of the Mainland China, Shanghai is easily accessible by air, train or road. It has two international airports – the Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.
You can take a cab, train, bus, or the metro from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and you can reach The Marriott Parkview in about 45 minutes by cab.

Taxis & Cab Rides
Taxis are also convenient way for travelling short to medium distances in Shanghai. Taxi Services such as Uber and Lyft do not operate in China, however, Didi Chuxing can be used for which the Didi app would have to be downloaded from the app store. There are also other regular taxis that can be hailed from the roadside without any app.
It is advisable to carry the Chinese Currency, Renminbi in lesser denominations to make the payment as taxi drivers would not necessarily have the change available.
In case of making online payments, Alipay or WeChat can be used, but not all taxis accept this form of payment therefore it is advisable to carry cash.
Mandarin is the language used by all the taxi drivers in Mainland China and they might have little to no knowledge of English. It is recommended to have the name of the place written on a card or a piece of paper in Mandarin and shown to the driver.
Shanghai has one of the most extensive bus systems in the world and will quickly and safely take you to your destinations in and around Shanghai, Though normal taxis are the most convenient way to get around the city.
